Introduction

State Plant for Chemical Reagents Scientific and Technological Complex “Institute for Single Crystals” of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine has more than 80 years of its history.

Plant's main mission  is to use knowledge and potential of employees in manufacture of medicines that are produced for the benefits of the society as a whole and each person in particular.

Plant has a wide range of manufactured products:

• active pharmaceutical ingredients; 
• luminors;
• working liquids for diffusion backing pumps; 
• scintillators and scintillation materials;
• chemical products on order; 
• raw materials for monocrystall's growth; 
• preservatives and stabilizers; 
• defoamer for sugar production .

Our plant also develops the technologies of pharmaceutical substance manufacture by the methods of organic synthesis. 

Pharmaceutical quality system is established in the State Plant for Chemical Reagents at the present moment. Pharmaceutical quality system meets the demands of license terms of local regulator and confirmed by the license certificate, and the manufacturing of individual pharmaceutical substance has been certified for compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP Thiotriazoline).

Modern chemical and physico-chemical control methods are used by technical quality control laboratories during quality assurance of released products. All methods are approved by State administration on medicines and drug control of Ukraine.
